Le bouquet s’ouvre sur de beaux arômes de tabac, de petits fruits cuits, de pierre à fusil, de boisé et de poivre en grain. La bouche, charpentée et capiteuse, aux tanins dociles, se laissent envahir par un véritable flot de parfums fruités et épicés. Belle persistance en finale sur des notes empyreumatiques. Un pur nectar que l’on appréciera sur un bœuf en daube, un gigot de sept heures. (LMR/pesticides 0%)
